Premio Hugo per il miglior racconto breve

Il premio Hugo per il miglior racconto breve (Hugo Award for Best Short Story) è un premio letterario assegnato annualmente dal 1955 dalla World Science Fiction Society nel corso della Worldcon ad opere di fantascienza o fantasy di lunghezza inferiore alle 7.500 parole.

Il plurivincitore di questo riconoscimento è Harlan Ellison, che l'ha ricevuto quattro volte: nel 1966, 1968, 1969 e 1978. Ellison ha vinto anche tre volte il Premio Hugo per il miglior racconto.
